Niranjan comes from a farmer family and learned the agriculture trade through daily exposure to crop cycles, mandi pricing and the practical realities of moving produce from village fields to buyers. His role at Nirkai focuses on building farmer relationships, identifying export-suitable lots and keeping the sourcing process grounded in real farm conditions.
